The mb9 VIP Programme recognises players who play regularly and rewards them with perks that go well beyond what standard promotions offer. The more you play, the better the benefits — all in Philippine Peso, all on one platform.
The mb9 VIP Programme is a loyalty rewards system built to recognise players who are consistently active on the platform. Instead of a one-time welcome offer, the VIP Programme grows with you — as your activity increases and you progress through tiers, the perks you receive become more valuable and more personalised.
For Filipino players, this means access to better cashback rates, priority customer support, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive promotional offers, and a range of other benefits that simply are not available to regular account holders. Every tier unlocks something new, and reaching the top levels comes with perks that match the kind of loyalty you bring to the platform.
Whether you are a slots enthusiast spinning through the game library, a sports bettor following the PBA season or international football, or a live casino regular, the mb9 VIP Programme covers all game categories. Your activity across all eligible games contributes to your tier progress.
mb9 structures its VIP Programme across multiple tiers. Each level offers progressively stronger benefits. Here is an overview of what each tier represents — specific thresholds and exact perk values are confirmed on the platform.

Advancing through the mb9 VIP Programme is straightforward. Your activity on the platform drives your tier progress — no complicated sign-up process, no separate application required.
Create your free mb9 account and complete the verification process. A verified account is a requirement for VIP eligibility. The process involves standard identity confirmation steps to keep the platform secure for all players.
Deposit using your preferred local payment method — Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso and your VIP activity tracking begins as soon as you start playing.
Your activity on slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and other eligible games contributes to your VIP tier progress. The more consistently you play, the faster you move up. Check your account for which game categories are included in VIP tracking.
Log in to your mb9 account and navigate to the VIP section. You will see your current tier, your progress towards the next level, and a clear breakdown of the benefits you currently have access to.
When your activity meets the threshold for the next VIP tier, your status is upgraded and the new benefits are applied to your account. There is no manual claiming required — the system handles it and you will be notified of your upgrade.
Here is a closer look at the specific benefits that VIP members on mb9 can access, and why each one matters for Filipino players.
VIP players receive higher cashback on net losses compared to standard members. This makes a real difference over time — a higher cashback rate in PHP means more of what you spend on entertainment comes back to you during losing streaks.
VIP members move to the front of the withdrawal queue. For players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere in the Philippines who want their winnings in PHP quickly, this is one of the most practical day-to-day VIP advantages.
Gold and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated VIP manager. This is a real point of contact who knows your account and can assist with queries, promotions, and account matters — not a generic support ticket system.
At higher tiers, the promotions you receive are tailored to your actual playing behaviour. Rather than generic offers, your bonuses reflect the games you play most — whether that is slots, live casino, or sports betting on PBA and international leagues.
VIP members get faster response times and access to dedicated support channels. When you have a question or an account issue that needs resolving, VIP status means you are not waiting in the same queue as everyone else.
Gold and Diamond VIP members get access to exclusive tournaments and special events on mb9 that are not open to standard players. These events often come with enhanced prize pools and a more competitive, engaging atmosphere.
The mb9 VIP Programme is designed to reward genuine, sustained enjoyment of the platform — not to encourage players to spend beyond their means in pursuit of the next tier. Your tier progress should be a natural result of playing within your personal budget, not a goal that drives you to overspend.
A few things to keep in mind as a VIP member or aspiring VIP member on mb9:
No VIP benefit is worth exceeding your personal gaming budget. Set a monthly limit for yourself before you play and treat it as non-negotiable regardless of how close you are to the next tier level.
VIP status does not change the importance of taking regular breaks from gaming. Set time limits for your sessions alongside your budget limits. The mb9 platform supports responsible gaming tools that can help with this.
If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts feeling like an obligation — especially in pursuit of maintaining a VIP tier — that is a signal to step back. mb9's responsible gaming resources are available to all members, including VIP players.
